Amigurumi Easter Bunny Crochet Free Pattern

You will need:
Himalaya Dolphin Baby yarn
4.0 mm crochet hook
Black safety eyes
Embroidery floss for eye brows and mouth
Thin thread in the tone of yarn for sewing details together
Yarn needle and scissors
Fiberfill
Height: 13 cm (5.1”) with ears

Abbreviations
sc : Single Crochet
inc : Increase
dec : Decrease
tr : Triple Crochet/ Treble Crochet
st: Stitch
dc : Double Crochet
hdc: Half Double Crochet
sl-st : Slip Stitch
ch : Chain
..in : make increase into same stitch as many as the number which is given in front of “inc” abbreviation (exp; 3inc, 4inc..).
FLO : Crochet into front loops only
BLO : Crochet into back loops only
BL : Bobble Stitch – do 5dc all in the same stitch and then yarn over and pull through all the loops on your hook (the original loop + 1 loop for each partially completed dc).

Head and body:
R 1: 2 ch, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook [6]
R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
R 3: (1 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [18]
R 4: (2 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [24]
R 5: (3 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [30]
R 6-8: 30 sc (3 rows)
Insert safety eyes between R 8 and R 9 at the distance of 2 st from each other.
R 9: (4 sc, inc) repeat 6 times [36]
R 10-14: 36 sc (5 rows)
Insert safety nose between R 10 and R 11.
R 15: (4 sc, dec) *6 [30]
R 16: (3 sc, dec) *6 [24]
R 17: (2 sc, dec) *6 [18]
R 18: (1 sc, dec) *6 [12]
R 19: (dec) repeat 6 times [6]
Fasten off.

Ears (make 2):
R 1: 2 ch, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook [6]
R 2: (inc) repeat 6 times [12]
R 3-4: 12 sc (2 rows)
R 5: (2 sc, dec) repeat 3 times [9]
R 6: 9 sc
R 7: (1 sc, dec) repeat 3 times (6)

Fold the top opening flat and 3 sc through both sides.
Fasten off.

Arms and legs (make 4):
R 1: 2 ch, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook [6]
R 2: (1 sc, inc) repeat 3 times [9]
R 3-4: 9 sc (2 rows)
R 5: (1 sc, dec) repeat 3 times [6]
R 6: 6 sc
Fold the top opening flat and 3 sc through both sides.
Fasten off.

Tail:
R 1: 2 ch, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook [6]
R 2: 6 sc
R 3: (1 sc, dec) repeat 2 times [4]
Sl st, fasten off.

Assembly:
Sew ears to the head between R 1 and R 4.
Sew arms on R 9 of the body.
Sew legs to the body.
Sew tail to the body between R 15 and R 17.
Embroider eye brows and mouth.
