Cute Bunny Christmas Wreath Ornament Amigurumi Free Pattern

Materials:
Yarn: YarnArt Dolce and YarnArt Jeans
Hook size: 5.0 mm and 2.0 mm
8 mm safety eyes
Black embroidery thread or yarn for a nose and eyes
Strong thread for tightening
Tapestry needle and scissors
Satin ribbon 6 mm
Fiberfill

Abbreviations:
R = row
mc = magic circle (magic ring)
st = stitch
sc = single crochet
inc = 2 sc in the next stitch
dec = single crochet 2 stitches together
BLO = back loop only
F.o. = fasten off
(12) = number of stitches you should have at the end of the round/row
( ) *6 = repeat whatever is between the brackets the number of times stated

Wreath:
With green YarnArt Dolce yarn and 5.0 mm crochet hook:
Make 18 ch, join in ring with sl st.
Crochet in spiral:
R 1: 18 sc
R 2: (2 sc, inc) *6 (24)
R 3: (3 sc, inc) *6 (30)
R 4: (4 sc, inc) *6 (36)
R 5-6: 36 sc (2 rows)
R 7: (4 sc, dec) *6 (30)
R 8: (3 sc, dec) *6 (24)
R 9: (2 sc, dec) *6 (18)
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Stuff with fiberfill. Sew the edges of the piece together.

Decoration for the wreath:
With YarnArt Jeans yarn and 2.0 mm crochet hook:
Red: make 180 ch and leave a long tail for sewing.
White: make 180 ch and leave a long tail for sewing.
Start wrapping the red and white stripes around the wreath. When the stripes come to an end, fasten the ends of stripes together with knots.

Head:
With white YarnArt Dolce yarn and 5.0 mm crochet hook:
R 1: 6 sc in mc (6)
R 2: (inc) *6 (12)
R 3: (1 sc, inc) *6 (18)
R 4: BLO (2 sc, inc) *6 (24)
R 5-7: 24 sc (3 rows)
R 8: (4 sc, dec) *4 (20)
Insert safety eyes between R 7 and R 8 at the distance of 4 st from each other.
R 9: (3 sc, dec) *4 (16)
Stuff with fiberfill.
R 10: (2 sc, dec) * 4 (12)
R 11: (1 sc, dec) *4 (8)

Make a tightening of the eyes.
Embroider a nose and eyes with black embroidery thread.
Sew the head to the wreath in the place where we was made knots.

Ears (make 2):
With white YarnArt Dolce yarn and 5.0 mm crochet hook:

R 2: (inc)*4 (8)
R 3: (1 sc, inc) *4 (12)
R 4-6: 12 sc (3 rows)

R 8: 10 sc
Don’t stuff.
Fold top of ear flat and 5 sc through both sides across.
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Sew on the ears to the head folding them in half again.

Arms (make 2):
R 1: 4 sc in mc (4)
R 2: (inc) *4 (8)
R 3-4: 8 sc (2 rows)
R 5: (2 sc, dec) *2 (6)
Stuff only the bottom part of the arm.
Fold top of arm flat and 3 sc through both sides across.
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Sew the arms on the wreath, gripping the arms from all sides.

Legs (make 2):
R 1: 5 sc in mc (5)
R 2: (inc) *5 (10)
R 3-4: 10 sc (2 rows)
R 5: (3 sc, dec) *2 (8)
Stuff only the bottom part of the leg.
Fold top of leg flat and 4 sc through both sides across.
F.o. and leave a long tail for sewing.
Sew the legs on the wreath, gripping the legs from all sides.
Make a hanging loop with ribbon.
